Bug Family - Round 2

This is June Bug. His challenge is Rags to Riches. The goal is to have a kitchen, living room, dining room, master bedroom, nursery, bedroom and 100.000 dollars in the bank in order to finish the challenge.

June stepped out of the taxi to his empty lot. What the heck was he suppose to do with this? The letter he got in the mail from his grandfather said he had bought a plot of land to be passed down to his only grandson.

The newspaper boy dropped the newspaper off and looked at June like he was insane. Who the hell would move to an empty plot.

June opened the newspaper hoping against hope his dream job would in in there. To his luck it was and they wanted to see him right away. He really hoped he got the job.

June changed into his gym clothes and headed up to the school.  June headed up getting the job. He worked Monday-Friday 8 to 3. The hours were great and gave him time to go out at night without having to get up to early.

June used all his funds to make it to this plot of nothing, after work he had enough for a bed which was a blessing because he hadn't been looking forward to sleeping on the ground. He turned his bed to face away from the big beautiful houses off in the distance.

Suddenly June remember something his father said about the plot.
"Never stop digging for treasure boy, it's there." June hopped up from his bed and began to dig.

He didn't find much but he found enough for a tub. He needed it after the day he had.

Bright and early the next morning June headed off to work. June loved kids and they loved him. He hoped he would soon get a promotion though. Winter was coming and he would love some walls.

June came home with that promotion he wanted. Teachers Aide. It wasn't much but the pay increase would help A LOT.

June got some walls up and just as the builders were leaving a pretty girl came by.
"Hi! How are you?"
"I'm wonderful and yourself?"
"I'm doing better now. I'm June by the way."
"Rose"

The conversation didn't go as planned though because they were soon arguing. It was safe to say she wouldn't be coming back.

June got into a routine. Work and build a house. Who knew it was so expensive.

June wasn't having much luck with the ladies at all. Everyone he had met so far has ended in arguments.
"What do you mean children so learn to sit down and be quiet! What kind of foul creature are you?"
"Whatever June. I don't need this."

June was lonely and poor. He just wanted to find a woman to love him and be rich. Was that too much to ask for?

"Today's goal... Make money. "

His speech worked because he was promoted. His hours were the same but the pay was great!
